What is your refund/returns policy? We are committed to providing high quality boots to our customers. If you receive damaged boots we will gladly provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you, upon receiving proof of damage. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 2 weeks of receiving the boots.( You can upload a photo of the damage via our email, please contact us before you return itmes and we will email to you our return address.) Wrong Size You could exchange your boots size within 8 hours after you made order.If you still feel not fit after you recevied we would like to exchange you the other pair and will charge 7.98 pounds for shipping fee.
