What is your refund/returns policy?
We are committed to providing high quality boots to our customers. If you receive damaged boots we will gladly provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you, upon receiving proof of damage. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 2 weeks of receiving the boots.( You can upload a photo of the damage via our email, please contact us before you return itmes and we will email to you our return address.) If you are unsure of anything or do not agree with our return policy, please do not purchase. We welcome any point of clarification or enquires made via our contacts system.

Wrong Size
You could exchange your boots size within 8 hours after you made order.If you still feel not fit after you recevied we would like to exchange you the other pair and will charge 7.98 pounds for shipping fee.

How do I cancel my order?
We accept orders cancelled within 8 hours after you make order. If we have already shipped your order we cannot guarantee a cancellation. We will process your cancellation within 48hrs providing the correct details have been provided. Your credit card will be reimbursed within 48hrs of the funds transfer, however it may take several days for the charge to appear on your statement. Please contact us providing your order number and reason for cancellation.
